CustDev interviews, JTBD and CJM to research users and their scenarios. Backlog prioritisation via RICE/ICE, work with product hypotheses, Now/Next/Later roadmap, breaking strategy down into quarterly goals and release plans. Tools: Miro, Productboard, Jira.

Process & team
